ARE YOU A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR MICROBLADING?

ARE YOU A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR MICROBLADING?

Are you 18 years of age or older?

I will not perform Microblading on anyone under the age of 18, even with a consent form.

Do you have a transmittable blood disease such as HIV or Hepatitis?

Because the skin is cut, it is my policy not to work on someone with these conditions.

Are you pregnant?

I cannot perform the procedure on pregnant women. For post-pregnancy, your baby must be at least 2 months old, allowing your hormones to calm down.

Nursing moms should pump and dump at least 1 time after procedure.

Are you prone to keloids or post-inflammatory hypopigmentation?

I am unable to perform Microblading on those who are because the procedure punctures the skin as I deposit pigment.

Do you have any type of skin condition on or near your eyebrows such as eczema, shingles or rashes?

Unfortunately, you will not be a good candidate for Microblading.

Are you an insulin (shots) dependent diabetic?

You will need a Doctors written release stating that you have permission to have this procedure.

The immune system is compromised and healing is slowed down.

Are you a chemotherapy patient?

Microblading is great for restoring eyebrows. My policy requires a written approval from your doctor.

Are you allergic to topicals a Dentist uses?

I use the same topicals and if you are allergic, I will not be able to use a numbing agent on your eyebrows.

Are you required to be on antibiotics before Dentist Appointments?

Same as above, with the addition of some people that have had joint replacement.

Do you have a Mitral Valve or Prolapsed Valve?

I cannot perform the procedure unless given a written release stating that you have permission to have the procedure done.

This is a weak valve in the heart, and any type of infection will go straight to this area.

Do you have a pre-existing eyebrow tattoo or permanent makeup?

Send photos of your BARE brows to [email protected] BEFORE you book your appointment.

An assessment must be made before I can work with you.

Have you had Juvéderm or any other fillers in the area?

I recommend that you get Microblading after getting written approval from your doctor.

Do you have oily skin?

If you have very oily skin, your Microblading results can vary.

Are you allergic to alcohol or numbing agents?

If you think you might have an allergy to the ink, numbing cream, or alcohol (which is in the ink), then you may have a reaction to my work.
